As the Principal of Kardia.HR, I am naturally service-orientated and driven by meeting the needs of other people. I have a genuine interest in listening and take the time to understand issues faced by business owners and employees. An experienced people leader, collaborator, motivator and workplace match-maker I am also a successful business owner with firsthand experience of the challenges and rewards this provides.

 

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and I am a Certified HR Coach and Member of the largest independent HR Coaching Network in Australia.
