Veterinary Nurse, Workflow Coordinator - Organise the team at Berry Vet Clinic

Berry Vet Clinic is on the lookout for their newest vet nurse to join their team, only this time, with the added responsibility of coordinating and organising the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
A newly created position, designed by the clinic’s nursing team, we are looking for a vet nurse with a calm demeanour, strong organisational skills, and effective communication to operationally coordinate and lead the teams’ activities each day.
A week in the life of this role, includes actions and tasks such as:
Leading the day-to-day workflow of the clinic, providing direction to the veterinary team on operational clinic tasks
Facilitating daily rounds with the team
Ensuring patient consultations are best fit for vet and nurse
Overseeing the correct capturing and sharing of case details and knowledge across the clinic
Ensuring patients receive the best hospital care with clinic cleanliness maintained
Continual review and monitoring of day-to-day practices, identifying and developing new, more efficient systems and strategies where possible
Working as part of the veterinary team, carrying out all nursing duties including surgery procedures and patient and client care
To ensure the smooth running of the clinic we are ideally looking for a vet nurse workflow coordinator who can work five days a week, Monday to Friday. Full time hours are preferred; however, the position can also support a nurse seeking part time hours who is able to work mornings and early afternoons.
