Berry Vet Clinic is on the search for an experienced receptionist to join their busy team.


Nestled in the heart of the South Coast NSW, the town of Berry offers a rich history, where the locals know you by name. Berry Vet Clinic is a busy and well-respected veterinary practice within the local community specialising in small and large animals. Surrounded by the beauty of the picturesque farmlands, the business is full of growth and opportunity.


Integral to the customer journey

With customer experience at the core of their service delivery model, they are seeking to appoint an experienced receptionist to the team. A newly created position, they envisage this team member to be engaging whilst calm, methodical whilst agile, and systematic whilst flexible to meet the needs of their customers, both animal and human.


They are seeking the skills and expertise of a receptionist who flourishes in a busy, fast-paced environment. A professional with a strong background in efficiently managing the competing schedules of multiple people within a business, with a deep understanding that maintaining a well-coordinated diary is key to ensuring streamlined workflow and productivity across the business.


The team is excited to find a customer centric individual with a love of both human and animal and a strong appreciation of the many touch points along a customers journey to ensure client relationships continue to be nurtured and trust is built at every opportunity.
