Supporting teams of property valuers across four office locations from the Far South Coast to the Illawarra, the Business Support Services team is integral to the company’s historical and future success. With the expansion and progression of the business, now more than ever the support team will be the ‘foundation’ of the business realising its fullest potential.


An eye for detail Walsh & Monaghan is looking for administratively curious individuals confident in engaging with customers over the phone and in person. An investigative mind and the kind of attention to detail that leaves no i undotted or t uncrossed is fundamental to this role.

Taking directions from Valuers and Directors, the business support team focusses on report writing, formatting, and proofreading, research and document quality assurance, maximizing software usage and identifying inefficiencies. The prioritization of constantly changing deadlines whilst never losing sight of accuracy, ensures the team’s success in the delivery of valuation services to Walsh & Monaghan’s clients.
